Rent

Charges follow the lease: monthly, quarterly or yearly, with part months counted by days.
- One tap when it’s paid. The amount due is filled in; change it for a partial payment.
- Oldest charge first. Payments settle the earliest rent; money paid ahead waits as credit for the next one.
- Corrections keep their history. Change a payment and the earlier value stays visible.

- Never rewritten. A mistake is corrected by a reverse movement, so the history stays whole.

Who is responsible for my tenants’ data?
